Our designated letting negotiators work with you to find suitable rental accommodation and accompany you on viewings of our extensive rental portfolio of let and managed properties. We are able to offer both furnished and unfurnished accommodation.
We manage a wide range of quality residential accommodation across London. Tenancy Agreements range from periods of six to twelve months, and are renewable at the end of the tenancy, subject to the landlord’s agreement.
Richmond Chase is a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, which is recognised by government, consumer groups and the media as the leading professional body in the private rental market. We are also members of the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS), which promotes the private rental sector.
We are also members of the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) for Regulated Agents. The DPS provides fair and independent adjudication of disputes and ensures your deposit is returned promptly, provided there is no dispute over damage or breakages. This enables you to not only have peace of mind, but gives you added confidence in your landlord’s sense of responsibility.
